Return and refund Policy

At AL MAJID 1965, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are consumable food items, the following policy applies.

Consumable Products

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened products. Once a food product has been opened, it cannot be returned or resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right — no return shipping required.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at support@almajid1965.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to ship the product back.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or fulfillment.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@almajid1965.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded (except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect):

  • Opened or used food products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. For health and safety reasons, opened food products are exempt from this right once the seal is broken.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@almajid1965.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@almajid1965.com.
